Return and Refund Policy
At the house of Fabvet, customer satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have the right to 14 days to return it to us for free.
Returns
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed and in original condition

With all original tags still attached

In its original packaging
The returns are free. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@fabvet.com mentioning your order number.
Once your request is validated, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the item(s).
Items on sale or on sale are eligible for return, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. If everything is in order, the refund will be made within 14 working days via the payment method used during purchase.
Trades
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, simply return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.
