At the house of Fabvet, we do our best to ensure fast, reliable and secure delivery of your orders, in France and internationally.

Delivery areas

We ship worldwide. Our main carriers are UPS, Colissimo And DPD, depending on your location and the delivery option chosen.

Delivery delay

We offer two types of delivery:

1. Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times : between 7 to 10 working days

  • Cost :

    • Free for European countries (including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.)

    • Free for the UK

    • Fees may apply for destinations outside Europe and the UK

2. Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times : between 5 to 7 working days

  • Cost : varies depending on the destination and weight of the package. The exact costs will be indicated at checkout.

Order processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 2 within 3 working days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking control

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package has been picked up by the carrier. This will allow you to track your package's progress in real time.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, peak periods (sales, holidays) or possible delays related to the carrier.

  • Fabvet cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier or for incorrect address information provided by the customer.
